White Chocolate FudgeIngredients: White Chocolate Chips: 250g Ensure Diabetes Care: 5 tbsp Almond Powder: 5 tbsp Method: Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Switch off the heat and add Ensure Diabetes Care and almond powder and mix well. Spread the mixture in a parchment-lined rectangular baking tin. Refrigerate. When set, cut into rectangles. |
Guilt-free Quinoa KheerIngredients: Quinoa (soaked overnight): 1 cup, Skim Milk: 1.5 ltr Ensure Diabetes Care: 5 tbsp Green Cardomom Powder: ½ tsp Toasted almonds, raisins for garnish Method: Boil the milk and stir continuously until the volume is reduced to 1/2. Boil the quinoa for 10 min in this milk. Remove from the gas stove. When the kheer is still warm, add the cardamom and the Ensure Diabetes Care and mix properly so that there are no lumps. Garnish with almonds and raisins before serving. |
Creamy Chicken SoupIngredients: Chicken: 250 g, Buttermilk: 500ml, celery: 1 cup, Garlic: 2 tsp, Onion: 4 tbsp, Lemon grass stem: 2 tbsp, Avocado: 1, Soy sauce: 1 tbsp, Salt & pepper, Ensure Diabetes Care: 4 tbsp Method: Combine all the ingredients, except Ensure Diabetes Care. Pressure-cook until two whistles. Open the lid and remove the chicken in a bowl. Blend the remaining soup in a blender.
