Pistachios are one our Registered Dietitian’s favorite nuts because one serving consists of 49 pistachios and each handful delivers healthy fats, protein, fiber, phosphorus, copper, and manganese. Because of their large serving size (compared to other nuts), they make a great snack to eat while watching a movie or television show.
